1. Choose models and packaging

Start in the product catalogue. Open each shortlisted model and record its model number, packaging option, units per carton and dimensions. If an important specification is missing, ask for confirmation rather than assuming it matches another model.

2. State the order quantity clearly

The standard wholesale MOQ is 5 cartons. Customization MOQ is 400 cartons per model, not 400 cartons spread across unrelated models. State the carton quantity for each requested model and option. If you need a mixed assortment or sample order, ask Jiayi Toys to confirm the applicable terms.

3. Provide your destination and timing

Share your destination country, sales channel and requested schedule. Typical lead-time guidance is within 15 days; small batches may be completed within 7 days. These are order-planning estimates and must be reconfirmed for the selected products and requirements. They are not a promise of arrival at your destination.

4. Confirm details before ordering

Request confirmation of availability, exact specifications, packaging, documentation for the destination market, payment arrangements and shipment terms. Sample charges, customization scope and after-sales arrangements must be agreed with the team; no universal terms are assumed here.

5. Send a complete enquiry

Wholesale MOQ versus customization MOQ

Standard wholesale orders start at 5 cartons. Customization starts at 400 cartons per model. The second figure is not 400 pieces and is not a combined quantity across unrelated models. Pieces per carton vary with the model and packaging; use the five-carton quantity examples to understand the calculation before asking for a quotation.

For an OEM or private-label enquiry, describe the intended changes rather than assuming that every type of modification is included. Logo placement, packaging artwork, colours and other changes need an order-specific feasibility and scope confirmation. Mixed-model orders, sample availability, sample costs and exclusive distribution are not automatically included in either MOQ statement.

Use the following checklist to prepare one complete request. Do not send payment details or identity documents through the website form.

• Company and contact name, plus a business email for the reply.
• Destination country and sales channel: distribution, supermarket, toy or gift store, or e-commerce.
• Model number and colour preference for each item.
• Closed-box or window-box option, where listed, and carton quantity per option.
• Standard catalogue order or requested customization; describe the artwork or changes.
• Requested timing and any destination-market documentation you need checked.
• Questions that remain open: availability, samples, payment, freight or after-sales terms.

Example: “Please quote model 915, closed box, 5 cartons, for a toy-store order in [country]. Please confirm availability, box contents, applicable documents and shipment terms.” This is a request format, not an accepted order or fixed-price offer.

What to check when the quotation arrives

Match the quote back to the requested model and packaging. Check cartons, pieces per carton, total pieces, currency, price basis, validity, payment terms and the agreed shipment scope. Ask the team to resolve any mismatch before confirming. Production or preparation timing is separate from international transit and customs.
